Terms and Conditions (English Version Only)

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our bike rental platform and the rental services provided by ALLOBIKE SARL ("we", "us", "our"). By using our platform, renting bikes, or subscribing to any subscription plans offered by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any rental or subscription.
By registering a new account, logging into your account, or using any of ALLOBIKE services, you directly agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

1.1. By renting a bike from us or subscribing to any of our subscription plans, you enter into a rental agreement with ALLOBIKE, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

1.2. The rental agreement is formed when you make a reservation, pay the rental fee, or subscribe to a subscription plan, or making any kind of orders on ALLOBIKE.

2. Rental and Subscription Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to rent a bike from us or subscribe to any of our subscription plans, then you can bring any one with you as another person, just you have to type there names and age as well!

2.2. By renting a bike or subscribing to a plan, you certify that you are capable of operating the bike safely and responsibly.

3. Rental Period

3.1. The rental period for individual bike rentals begins when our team in the location scanned your reservation ticket and approving that you picked up the bike from our location and ends when you return the bike to the same location.

3.2. The subscription period for subscription plans begins on the date of subscription and continues for the duration specified in the plan.

3.4. Rental Period is based on the duration of selected hours on the reservation process on our apps; you can select any available date and select how many hours and persons in our platform.

4. Rental Fees, Subscription Fees, and Payments

4.1. Rental fees for individual bike rentals are based on the duration of the rental period and any additional services or accessories selected.

4.2. Subscription fees for subscription plans are based on the type of plan selected.

4.3. Payment for rentals and subscriptions must be made in advance through our secure online payment system, or cash on our location.

4.4. When moving from one plan to a larger plan, we do not refund the difference, and We do not compensate you for the remaining hours of the previous plan. We advise you to choose the wise option at the first time, or you can finish the first plan before moving to the next plan.

5. Reservation and Cancellation

5.1. You may reserve a bike in advance through our website or mobile app, subject to availability.

5.2. You cannot cancel subscriptions, we give you hours by week to consume, or you can share your hours to another account.

5.3. You can cancel any reservation if you book hours separately, at least 48 hours before.

5.4. You can always contact us if you need to cancel after, we do not refund if you pay with credit card, but you can schedule another date and time.

6. Bike Usage and Responsibilities

6.1. You are responsible for the safe and proper use of the bike during the rental period.

6.2. You must comply with all traffic laws and regulations while operating the bike.

6.3. Any damage or loss to the bike during the rental period must be reported to us immediately.

7. Subscription Plans

7.1. Subscription plans may have specific terms and conditions associated with them, which will be provided to you upon subscription.

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the bike or subscription to a plan.

9. Maintenance and Repairs

9.1. We are responsible for maintaining the bikes in good working condition.

9.2. You must notify us of any mechanical issues or defects with the bike during the rental period.

10. Termination of Rental, Subscription, and Account

10.1. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement or subscription plan and reclaim the bike at any time if we believe that you are in violation of these Terms or are using the bike improperly.

10.2. We reserve the right to terminate your account. at any time if we believe that you are in violation of these Terms or are using the bike improperly.

11. Modifications to Terms

11.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile app.
